Configure the Material Availability window to display the information you need

You can configure the information displayed in the columns of the Supplied and Demands grid of the Material Availability (PSMTLAVL) window.

To configure the Material Availability window to display the information you need

1. Open the Material Availability (PSMTLAVL) page.

   • Select Planning and Scheduling > P&S Production > Planning > Material Availability.

   Or

   • Search for RPPSMTLAVLMAVL or Material Availability in the Navigation box and then select Material Availability.

     The Material Availability (PSMTLAVL) page appears.

2. Select the part:

• Method 1

  a. On the Toolbar, click Search.

  b. In the Part No field, type the part number.

  Type the starting characters of the part number to search all part numbers beginning with those characters. For example, typePB to search all parts starting with “PB”.

  c. On the Toolbar, click Search.

  d. Select the part from the Search For Supply/Demand by Part window.

• Method 2

  a. On the Toolbar, click Browse.

  b. Select the part from the Browse For Material Availability window.

3. On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

4. Select More Actions > Actions > Display Options.

What values are available?

• To choose information to display for a stock part, got to the Stock area.

• To choose information to display for a make part, go to the Make area.

5. From the Column list, select the value to display in that column.

6. Click the arrow at the end of the PAB for Filter Condition box and choose the PAB by demand type to show only those parts that meet the filter value.

7. Close the Display Options window.
