Choose the information that appears in the Gantt charts

Use the Customize Gantt Columns tab to select the columns you want to display on the Gantt. Eighteen column headings are available, but only ten columns can display at a time.

To choose the information that appears in the Gantt charts

1. Open the Gantt Display Settings (PSGNTSETNG) page.

   • Select Planning and Scheduling > P&S Production > Options > Gantt Display Settings.

   Or

   • Search for PSGNTSETNG or Gantt Display Settings in the Navigation box and then select Gantt Display Settings.

     The Gantt Display Settings (PSGNTSETNG) page appears.

2. Select the Customize Gantt Columns tab. This tab has two grids:

• Unselected Gantt Columns

• Selected Gantt Columns

3. Select the columns to display on the Gantt.

• To include a column in the Gantt chart:

  a. In the Unselected Gantt Columns grid, select the check box in the Select column for the column that you want to display in the Gantt chart.

  b. Click the right arrow button available in between the two grids.

An error message is displayed when you try to move more than 10 columns to theSelected Gantt Columns grid.

• To remove a column from the Gantt chart

  a. In the Selected Gantt Columns grid, select the check box in the Select column for the column that you want to remove from the Gantt chart.

  b. Click the left arrow button available in between the two grids.

ClickRestore Defaults to restore the system settings.

4. Click Save.
