Copy the previous RFQ prices to a Quote
This method helps you locate RFQs by Part Number, Rev, Fac, and populate the Unit Price and RFQ number on the Items tab of a Quote.
To copy the previous RFQ prices to a quote

To copy the RFQ price and RFQ Number from the History Screen (HIST) page (for example, Part Number: AF-334), see History Type- RFQ Summary(#).

To add a Part No to the quotation, either create a quote from scratch and add a part number through the Items tab.
Or

Open the Quotes (QUOTE) page.

Select Sales Management > Sales Transactions > Quotes.
Or

Search for QUOTE or Quotes in the Navigation box and then select Quotes.
The Quotes (QUOTE) page appears.

Click the Items tab.

Click the New from the child toolbar.
If the selected part exists in Quote then make the necessary changes.

Click the Part Number lookup reference.
The Lookup For Part Number screen appears.

Select the same part number that you have chosen in the History Screen (HIST) page. For example, Part Number: AF-334.
Highlight a row and click Select.
Click Cancel to exit from the Lookup For Part Number screen. This returns to the Quotes (QUOTE) screen.
The values are populated in the respective fields.

Click Save on the Toolbar and return to the Sales Order (SO) page.

Click the Copy RFQ on the grid toolbar.

Select the RFQ Number from the window.
Unit Price and RFQ Number fields along with the remaining fields gets updated. This is picked from the previously selected Request For Quote (RFQ) price from the History Screen (HIST) screen.

Click Save.
The selected Part No gets added and displayed in the Items grid.
Click Cancel to discard the changes.
