Change or remove an advanced purchasing queue filter

After you create an advanced purchasing queue filter, you can change or remove it when you need to.

To change or remove an advanced purchasing queue filter

  1. Open the Purchasing Queue Filter (PQFILT) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Purchasing > Purchasing Queue Filter.

      Or

    • Search for PQFILT in the Navigation box and then select Purchasing Queue Filter.

      The Purchasing Queue Filter (PQFILT) page appears.

  2. Click the Browse.

    The Browse For Purchasing Queue Filter window appears.

  3. Select a row and click Select. Or double-click the filter to use.

    Click Cancel to exit from the Browse For Purchasing Queue Filter window.

  4. To change the filter:

    1. Click the Edit Advanced Filter on the Toolbar.

    2. Make your changes.

    3. Click Save on the Toolbar.

  5. To remove a purchasing queue filter:

    1. Highlight the item to remove.

    2. Click Delete.

      A message, ‘Preparing to delete this information. Are you sure?’ appears.

    3. Click OK to confirm.

      Click Cancel to retain the value.
