View Job Operation Detail
When you highlight a job in the left-hand pane of the Work Center Console, the Job Op Detail window appears with information about that job. In addition, shop notes from the Job Order Detail window in the Supervisor Console display here, enabling the supervisor to communicate directly with the shop floor.
To view Job Operation Detail

Open the Work Center Console (SFMWC) page.
Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Shop Floor > Work Center Console.
Or
Search for SFMWC or Work Center Console in the Navigation box and then select Work Center Console .
The Work Center Console (SFMWC) page appears.

On the Toolbar, click JO Op Detail.
The JO Operation Details window appears in the right-hand pane.

In the left-hand pane, select the job whose job operation detail you want to view. The details display in the JO Operation Detail pane.

Click File 1.
The CAD Image attached to the job order in Made2Manage displays.
You can add up to 3 CAD Images for a job order listed in File 1, File 2, File 3 in JO Operation Detail.
You can only view CAD files if you have the CAD viewing software on your workstation, and the files located on a shared network drive that you have permission to access, or on your local hard drive (typicallyC:\). If you do not have the CAD viewing software, or if the file is placed in another user’s hard drive or a network drive then you cannot access, you will not be able to open the file.
To edit Operation Level Shop Notes

Click a Job Order from the Supervisor Console or the Work Center Console.

Click the ellipsis under the Action column.

Select Grid Actions > Job Order Detail.
The Job Order Detail (SFMJODTL) screen appears.

Click the Routing tab.

You can add, edit, or delete contents in the Operation Shop Notes field.

Click Memo Read.
The changes made to the Operation Shop Notes is saved and the field returns back to its default color.
You must select theAllow To Edit Notes check box in the User Preferences (SFMUPREF) window if you want to be able to edit shop level notes.
