View the Status and Costs associated with a Job Order

The Job Order Status/Cost (JOSTAT) window allows to see the production, material, and cost for a job, and optionally, its sub-jobs.

To view the Status and Costs associated with a Job Order

1. Click a Job Order from the Supervisor Console or the Work Center Console.

2. Click Related.

   The additional menu option displays.

3. Click Job Order Status.

   The Job Order Status /Cost (JOSTAT) > Single Level window appears.

4. Click Single Level.

   The status of the selected job order displays.

5. Click All Sub-Jobs.

   The status of the selected job order and all its sub-jobs displays.

6. Click Cost Status.

   The status of costs for the job order displays.

7. Click Material Status.

   The status of material for the job order displays.

8. Click Production Status.

   The status of production for the job order displays.
