Working with the Reason Maintenance (BMGRMNTC) page

Use the Reason Maintenance (BMGRMNTC) page to add or delete reasons for lateness.

To add a new reason

  1. Open the Reason Maintenance (BMGRMNTC) page.

    • Select Planning and Scheduling > Buffer Management > Options >Reason Maintenance.

    Or

    • Search for BMGRMNTC or Customize Zone Colors in the Navigation box and then select Reason Maintenance.

    The Reason Maintenance (BMGRMNTC) page appears.

  2. On the toolbar, click:

    • New: To add a new reason

    • Copy: To copy an existing reason and modify it.

    A new row is added in the Reasons grid.

  3. Type the new reason.

  4. On the Toolbar, click Save .

To delete a reason

  1. Open the Reason Maintenance (BMGRMNTC) page.

    • Select Planning and Scheduling > Buffer Management > Options > Reason Maintenance.

    Or

    • Search for BMGRMNTC or Customize Zone Colors in the Navigation box and then select Reason Maintenance.

    The Reason Maintenance (BMGRMNTC) page appears.

  2. Click the row-level ellipsis under Action column of the selected reason and click on the Delete icon.

A message, ‘Are you sure you would like to delete this record’ appears.

  1. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Save .
