Close a customer problem

After you record resolution on a customer problem, close the record of the problem in Made2Manage.

To close a customer problem

  1. Open the Customer Service Inquiry (CRMCSR) page.

    Navigate Sales Management > Sales Transactions > Customer Service Inquiry.

    Search for CRMCSR or Customer Service Inquiry in the Navigation box and then select Customer Service Inquiry.

    The Customer Service Inquiry (CRMCSR) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Search option to open the opportunity.

    Or

  3. Click Browse on the Toolbar.

    The Browse For Customer Service Inquiry window appears.

  4. Select the customer problem and click Select.

    Or double-click the customer problem.

  5. Click the status and select Closed.
