KB articles
The KB Articles tab gives you access to knowledge base articles for your subscribed products, so you can find answers and resolutions without raising a support case.
Find a KB article
- In Connect, select the KB Articles tab.
- To filter by application, select an application from the Application dropdown.
- To search by keyword, enter a term in the Search Knowledge Base Articles search bar. The list filters automatically as you type.
Up to 25 articles appear per page. Use the navigation arrows at the bottom to move between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
View a KB article
Select the expand icon in the Details column to open the article in a side panel. The panel displays the following sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The full title of the article. |
| Last Published | The date and time the article was last published. |
| Problem | A description of the issue the article addresses. |
| Resolution | Steps or guidance to resolve the issue. |
| Cause | The root cause of the issue. |
| Additional Info | Any supplementary information. |
To close the panel, select the X icon or click anywhere outside the panel.
Open an article in full screen
- Open the article side panel.
- Select Fullscreen in the top-right corner of the panel.
The article opens as a full page with a ← KB Articles back arrow to return to the list.
Download a KB article
Select Download in the top-right corner of the side panel or the full-screen view.
The article downloads as a PDF.
KB articles list columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The title of the knowledge base article. |
| Problem | A summary of the issue the article addresses. |
| Last Published | The date the article was last updated and published. |
| Details | Opens the article side panel. |
