Feed
The Feed tab is your real-time activity stream in Connect. It displays notifications for support case updates, announcements, invoices, and surveys as they occur.
Connect opens on the Feed tab by default when you navigate to it from the left navigation.
What appears in the feed
The feed displays notifications for the following events:
- Support case status changes and new comments.
- Application release announcements and system updates.
- Planned maintenance notifications.
- New invoice alerts and overdue invoice reminders.
- Pending feedback surveys (CSAT and NPS).
Filter and refresh the feed
Two controls appear in the top-right corner of the Feed tab:
- All Feeds dropdown: Select a category to narrow the feed to a specific type of notification.
- Last 7 Days dropdown: Select a different time period to expand or narrow the date range.
To manually refresh the feed, select the Refresh icon to the left of the All Feeds dropdown.
The feed updates automatically in real time. Manual refresh retrieves any notifications that may not have appeared yet.
Open a notification
Select any notification in the feed to navigate to its source. For example, selecting a case update notification opens the case details screen.
Empty feed state
If no notifications match the current filters, the feed displays: “No activity to show right now.” Adjust the time period or category filter to broaden the results.
