Change requests
The Change Request tab shows change requests (CRs) submitted for your subscribed products, so you can track their status and progress.
Change request views
The Change Request View dropdown controls which requests appear in the list:

| Account Change Requests | Change requests associated with your account. Default view. |
| All Change Requests | All change requests across your organisation. |
Change request tab fields
| Field | Description |

| Request # | The unique identifier for the change request. |
| Title | A brief description of the change request. |
| Target Release | The product release in which the change is planned. |
| Account Name | The account associated with the request. |
| Status | The current state of the request. |
| Severity | The severity level assigned to the request. |
| Type | The type of change request. |
| Created Date | The date the request was submitted. |
| Details | Opens the change request details. |
Search and filter change requests
To search for a change request:
- In the Search by request #, title search bar, enter a keyword or request number. The list filters automatically as you type.
- Select a request ID or title to open it.
To filter change requests:
- Select values for Application, Type, Status, and Severity as needed. The list updates automatically.
- Select a request ID or title to view its details.
- Select Export to download the filtered list.
Up to 25 change requests appear per page. Use the navigation arrows at the bottom to move between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
