Change requests

The Change Request tab shows change requests (CRs) submitted for your subscribed products, so you can track their status and progress.

Change request views

The Change Request View dropdown controls which requests appear in the list:

Change request tab fields

FieldDescription
Request #The unique identifier for the change request.
TitleA brief description of the change request.
Target ReleaseThe product release in which the change is planned.
Account NameThe account associated with the request.
StatusThe current state of the request.
SeverityThe severity level assigned to the request.
TypeThe type of change request.
Created DateThe date the request was submitted.
DetailsOpens the change request details.

Search and filter change requests

To search for a change request:

  1. In the Search by request #, title search bar, enter a keyword or request number. The list filters automatically as you type.
  2. Select a request ID or title to open it.

To filter change requests:

  1. Select values for Application, Type, Status, and Severity as needed. The list updates automatically.
  2. Select a request ID or title to view its details.
  3. Select Export to download the filtered list.

Up to 25 change requests appear per page. Use the navigation arrows at the bottom to move between pages. The total number of results appears in the bottom-left corner.
