API Client Information (APICLIENT) screen
Use this screen to create a new client and specify the client information. The created client names will be displayed in the API CONFIGURATION (APICONFIG) window > Client Configuration window > Client Name lookup.
You can view the API Client Information (APICLIENT) screen only if you have assigned permissions for the window in the User Permission Wizard (PERMWIZ) screen. For more information on assigning permissions, see Assign default permission to the new windows/reports and Manage user permissions.
This screen does not allow you to edit the name of an existing client record. However, you can edit the description and enable/disable the client record.
To create a new client record

Open the API Client Information (APICLIENT) page.
- Select Utilities > Company Setup > Module Setup > M2M WEB API > API Client Information.
Or
- Search for APICLIENT in the Navigation box and then select API Client Information.
API Client Information (APICLIENT) page appears.

On the Toolbar, click New to create a new record.

Specify the Client Name and Description.

Select the Active Client check box to enable the client.

Click Save to save the record.
The newly created client names will be displayed in the API Configuration (APICONFIG) > Client Configuration window > Client Name lookup.
