Team Leaders Setup
When entering labor, the team lead is designated as the lead person and will enter quantities. Team Leaders can enter quantities. The Team Leaders tab of the Setup window identifies the employees who should be allowed to clock on a team as the team lead.
Only one person can be clocked on a team as the lead at any given time. You must set up teams before you can add team leaders.
To set up Team Leaders

Open the Setup (SFMSETUP) page.
Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Shop Floor > Setup.
Or
Search for SFMSETUP or Setup in the Navigation box and then select Setup.
The Setup (SFMSETUP) page appears.

Click the Team Leaders tab.

To add an employee as a Team Leader:

Click Copy on the grid toolbar and select Employee. The Copying Employee window appears.

Highlight the employee and click Select. Or, double-click the required employee.

Employee Number, First Name, and Last Name are listed in the page.

Click Save on the Toolbar.
There can be only one team leader for a team at any given point of time.

To remove an employee as a Team Leader:

Click the Delete icon from the Action column of the highlighted grid.
A message, Are you sure you would like to delete this record? displays.

Click OK to continue, or click Cancel to discard the changes.

Click Save on the Toolbar.
