Print or Export Information from Shop Floor Manager

You can preview, print, or export the information that displays in a Shop Floor Manager page.

The toolbar only displays if theShow Toolbar box was checked on the User Preferences window for the user logged in to Shop Floor Manager. The table below explains the options available in Browse.

Previewing reports
  • Click Browse to display the information in the window to a browser window where you could make changes to the information displayed here as required, before we export this to print.
    The changes made here is restricted only to this window and does not reflect in the Shop Floor Manager.
  • Click Export.
    The Preview window appears so you can see what a report will look like prior to printing.
    The following options are available in the Preview window:
  • The Menu bar consists of:
    MenuCommand
    FilePage Setup, Print, Export Document, Send via E-Mail and Exit.
    ViewPage Layout, Toolbar, Status Bar, and Customize.
    BackgroundColor, Watermark.
  • The Tool bar consists of:

    SearchUse to find if an object is present or not in the Preview window.
    CustomizeUse to set various printing options for the current view.
    OpenUse to open *.prnx documents from your local machine.
    SaveTo save a document.
    PrintTo print a document.
    Quick PrintTo quick print a document.
    Header and FooterPrints the information in the preview directly to your default printer.
    ScaleCloses the Print Preview window and returns to the console.
    Hand ToolTo browse the document.
    MagnifierTo zoom the document.
    Zoom OutTo decrease the document magnification.
    ZoomTo manually select the document magnification from the drop down.
    Zoom InTo increase the document magnification.
    First PageNavigates to first page of the document from the current position.
    Previous PageNavigates to the previous page of the document from the current position.
    Next PageNavigates to the next page of the document from the current position.
    Last PageNavigates to last page of the document from the current position.
    Multiple PagesUse to view multiple pages.
    ColorUse to set the background color.
    WatermarkUse to insert valuable addition to the document.
    Export DocumentUse to export the document in PDF format.
    Send via E-MailUse to export the document and send via email.
