Check a vendor's quoted price from the planned purchase queue

You can use the planned purchase queue to check the price a vendor quoted you for one or more items.

To check a vendor’s quoted price from the planned purchase order

  1. Open the Planned Purchase Queue (PLNPOQ) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Purchasing > Planned Purchase Queue.

      Or

    • Search for PLNPOQ or Planned Purchase Queue in the Navigation box and then select Planned Purchase Queue.

      The Planned Purchase Queue (PLNPOQ) page appears.

  2. Click the New Planned Purchase Orders tab.

  3. Select the check box that corresponds to the purchase order for which you want to view the request for quotation price.

    To select all the purchase orders, select the Select check box.

  4. Click the ellipsis under the Action column of the selected part.

  5. Select Grid Accessories > Grid Related > Show Vendor RFQ.

    The Show Vendor RFQ For Planned Purchase Queue window appears.

  6. When you are done viewing a vendor’s quoted price, close the Show Vendor RFQ For Planned Purchase Queue window.
