Accept purchase order changes from the planned purchase queue

You can accept change recommendations to a purchase order from the planned purchase queue.

The only recommendations you can accept are for the last promise date and the order quantity for the purchase order line item.

To accept purchase order changes from the planned purchase queue

  1. Open the Planned Purchase Queue (PLNPOQ) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Purchasing > Planned Purchase Queue.

      Or

    • Search for PLNPOQ or Planned Purchase Queue in the Navigation box and then select Planned Purchase Queue.

      The Planned Purchase Queue (PLNPOQ) page appears.

  2. Click the Recommended Changes to Existing POs tab.

  3. Select the check box in the Select column to highlight the purchase order for which you want to accept changes.

  4. Click Apply Change on the grid toolbar.

  5. A message, ‘Recommended change has been applied’ is displayed.
