Save report settings
When you frequently run a report with the same settings, you can save the settings so you can run the report more quickly. Then, when you run the report again, from the Parameters list, select the required settings.
To save report settings

Open the report that you want to run.

Configure the report.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions > Actions > Add To Parameter List.
The Add To Parameter List (UTRPPAR) window appears.

On the grid toolbar, click New.
To remove a parameter set, select it and under theAction column, click the delete icon. A message, Are you sure you would like to delete this record? appears. Click OK to delete the parameter set.

In the Parameter Set Name field, type a unique identifier for your settings.

In the Description field, type a description of your settings.

In the first Display to area, click:

Current User: If only the current user who creates the parameter setting should view the parameter set.

All User: If all users should view the parameter setting.

In the next Display to area, click:

Current Company: If only the current company should display the parameter setting.

All Company: If all companies should display the parameter setting.

Click Save to save your settings.
To edit an existing parameter name

Open the report that you want to run.

In the Parameters list, select the required parameter.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions > Actions > Add To Parameter List.
The Add To Parameter List (UTRPPAR) window appears.

In the grid, select the required parameter.

In the Parameter Set Name field, type the new name.

Click Save.
Made2Manage saves the filter conditions in the report with the new parameter name.
To edit the filter conditions of an existing parameter

Open the report that you want to run.

In the Parameters list, select the required parameter.

Edit the report’s filter conditions.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions > Actions > Add To Parameter List.
The Add To Parameter List (UTRPPAR) window appears.

In the grid, select the required parameter.

Click Save.
Made2Manage saves the filter conditions in the report to the selected parameter.
