Change a currency conversion factor average rate

You can change an accounting period ‘s average rate as long as you have not consolidated companies for period.

To change a currency conversion factor average rate

  1. Open the Average Currency Conversion Factors (CCAVG) page.

    a. Select Utilities> Company Setup > Finance > Average Currency Conversion Factors.

    Or

    b. Search for CCAVG in the Navigation box and then select Average Currency Conversion Factors.

    The Average Currency Conversion Factors (CCAVG) page appears.

  2. Enter the new rate in the Average Rate field.

    Or, click the Average Rate icon to display the Calculator. Type the average rate.

  3. Click Save on the Toolbar to keep the changes. You can see that the Average Rate column is modified, and the updated value appears in the grid.

    Click Cancel to discard the changes.
