Balance sheet reports

The balance sheet shows your assets, liabilities, and shareholder equity.

What assets and liabilities does it show?

To generate the balance sheet report

Open the Balance Sheet Reports (RPFBSH) page.

a. Select Financial Management > Financial Reports > Financial Statements > Performance > Balance Sheet Reports.

Or

b. Search for RPFBSH in the Navigation box and then select Balance Sheet Reports

The Balance Sheet Reports (RPFBSH) page appears.

  1. In the Report Period: From list, select the range of accounting periods to include.

  2. In the Layout list, select the layout in which you want to view the report.

  3. In the Rounding list, select how to round numbers.

  4. In the Negative list, select how to show negative numbers.

  5. Select the Summary check box to show a high-level data report.

  6. In the Include area, select the check boxes that correspond to the options that you want to include - Budget Columns, Prior Year Columns, Rows W/Zero Balances, and/or Account Notes from GLMAST.

  7. On the Toolbar, click Run Report. The Please Select dialog box appears.

Select Open now to open the report in a new tab or select Notify when Complete to get notification. You can open the downloaded report from My Reports page.
