Set up GL accounts for accounts payable
You need to specify default accounts payable accounts for transactions, adjustments, cash discounts, inbound freight, and sales tax. You also need to specify account aging periods that you want on Made2Manage’s reports.
To set up general ledger accounts and aging periods for accounts payable

Open the Accounts Payable (CSAP) page.
- Select Utilities > Company Setup > Module Setup > Accounts Payable*.
Or
- Search for CSAP or Accounts Payable in the Navigation box and then select Accounts Payable.
The Accounts Payable (CSAP) page appears.

Click the AP Accounting Related tab.

Click the Lookup Reference of each field.
The Lookup For window for the field appears.

Select the row, and click Select. Or double-click the row to be selected.

In the AP Periods(s) Past Due Aging (in Days) section, specify the first, second, third, and fourth aging periods for overdue invoices.

In the AP Periods(s) Future Payables Planning (in Days) section, specify the first, second, third, and fourth periods for future payments.

On the toolbar, click Save to save the general ledger accounts and aging periods for accounts payable. Or click Cancel to delete the changes.
