Link change request to a case
There are several ways to link change request to a case.
- From the Case record > select Options > New Change. This option creates a new change request and automatically links to the selected case .
- From the Case record > go to Resolution tab > and use the Change Requests field. Click the (+) icon to choose any existing Change Request and link it to the selected case.
- From the Change Request record > go to the Cases tab. Click the (+) icon to create a new case, and the selected change request is automatically linked to the newly created case.
