Change request options
To modify the current case record, select the Edit icon.
Add the case to your favorites by selecting Add to Favorites. After adding, the favorite icon will turn green.
Options allow you to perform actions related to the selected case. You can access the Options button from both the main view title menu bar and drawer menu bar.
The options available in the main view include:

Refresh
Use the refresh option to reload the current page at any time.

New Article
Quickly create a new knowledge article using information from the Change Request. The newly created article is automatically linked to the selected case and shown under the Details tab > Articles groupbox.

Duplicate
Create a new Change Request by copying details such as product, part and notes from the selected Change Request.

Take Ownership
Remove Change Request from the queue, and assign yourself as the primary representative for the selected Change Request.
