Link change request to a case
New Change Request
Go to Case record > Options > New Change. This option allows you create a new change request and automatically link it to the selected case.
Link existing change request

Go to Case record > Resolution tab.

Click the (+) icon on the Change Requests field.
The Change Requests page appears.

Search articles with any keyword.

Select the desired articles by checking the checkbox, then click Save.
