Link change request to a case

New Change Request

Go to Case record > Options > New Change. This option allows you create a new change request and automatically link it to the selected case.

  1. Go to Case record > Resolution tab.

  2. Click the (+) icon on the Change Requests field.

    The Change Requests page appears.

  3. Search articles with any keyword.

  4. Select the desired articles by checking the checkbox, then click Save.
