Link articles to a case

New Article

Go to Case record > Options > New Article. This option allows to you create a new knowledge article and automatically link it to the selected case .

Link existing article

  1. Go to Case record > Resolution tab.

  2. Click the (+) icon on the Knowledge Articles field.

    The Articles page appears.

  3. Search articles with any keyword.

  4. Select the desired articles by checking the checkbox, then click Save.
