Close a case

Upon resolution of a case, proceed to close the case as follows:

  1. Open the case record and go to Options > Close Case.

  2. The Resolution card will appear.

  3. Select the appropriate status for the case, such as Resolved.

    Enter relevant details, including Resolution Type, Duration for tracking purpose.

    Provide the resolution details in the Resolution Notes groupbox.

  4. Link any relevant Knowledge articles or Change Requests, if available.

  5. Click Save.
