System Setup (CSSYS) page

Use the System Setup (CSSYS) page to set up the following system settings of your company:

• Sign in
• Password enforcement policy
• Configuring IP Whitelisting
• Email: (Also called electronic mail)
  1. n A message sent from one user to another across a computer network.
  2. v To send email. system.
• Events & Actions notification

Setting the email parameters will ensure that all the emails with the attached report will have the same format of information.

The Subject and File Name fields allow further customization of emails. By using custom fields, you can tell Made2Manage to pull specific report information and place it in the email’s subject line and body.

• Subject: This field allows you to customize the email subject line to show custom text.
• File Name: This field allows you to enter a specific file name for the attachment. The name is the same for each attached file. Leave <<TEMP_NAME>> to have Made2Manage automatically assign the file name.

Any customized text that was previously entered into the Mail Text field is placed below the line of asterisks (**********).

After you do this, users can set up Notifier™ messages to alert other users to events through email.

• Form Customization: Users can customize screens or forms only if Enable Form Customization is selected.

Note: The Screen Maintenance page appears in the navigation pane only if Enable Form Customization is selected.
