View a log file
Made2Manage logs the errors that users encounter as they use the system for:

Processes run by the M2M Processor Service
-
The normal daily tasks within M2M.
You can view these logs any time.
To view a log file

Open the View Log Files (VIEWLG) page.
- Select Utilities > Maintenance > View Log Files.
Or
- Search for VIEWLG or View Log Files in the Navigation box and then select View Log Files.
View Log Files (VIEWLG) page appears.
The log files are available in the <<M2MData>>\Logs folder

The log entries are populated in the grid.

Highlight the fields that you want to export.

To print the entry, right-click on the highlighted field and select Export.

Select the required format.
