Specify filter expression using the Made2Manage Report Wizard (R1-NA)

The Filter Criteria section of the Made2Manage Report Wizard (RPWIZ) has the following areas:

• Expression: This displays the filter expression.

• Sort By: This displays the sort order for the fields that have a sort order specified. You can change the sort order.

  An up arrow is displayed if the field has an ascending sort order. A down arrow is displayed if the field has a descending sort order.

• Group By: This displays the fields by which you are grouping the report. You can change the group by level.

• SQL Query: This displays the SQL statement of the report query.

To specify the filter expression using the Made2Manage Report Wizard

1. In the Expression area, construct the filter expression:

   1. Click the Add button on the upper-right corner of the Filter Criteria area to add an expression.

      Double-click the blank row to open theExpression Builder.

   2. From the Left Column list, select the column that must appear in the left side of the filter expression.

   3. From the Operator list, select the relational operator (Equals, Greater Than, or Less Than).

      Select theInverse check box to invert the relational operator selected. For example, to have a “not equal to” relation, select the Inverse check box and from the Operator list, select Equals.

   4. From the Right Column list, select the column that must appear in the right side of the filter expression.

2. In the Sort By area, change the sort order if required.

3. In the Group By area, change the order in which the fields are grouped, if required.

4. Click Next to preview the report data.
