Inactivate a user

You may want to remove a user record if the user is no longer working for your company. You can inactivate a user, provided the user is no longer an active user.

To inactivate a user

  1. Select the user.

  2. On the header, click the Status button, and select Inactive.

  3. On the Toolbar, click Save.

    A message, Inactivating this user will remove all the associated licenses for this user. Do you want to continue? appears.

  4. Click Yes to continue.

    Click No to discard changes.
