Made2Manage 8.06 – 2026 R1 delivers significant platform modernization, expanded customization capabilities, and over 110 customer-reported bug fixes. This release continues our commitment to stability, performance, and an improved user experience across all functional areas.
New Feature: Roll Cost (CRUP) – Asynchronous Processing
The Roll Cost process has been re-engineered to run asynchronously, eliminating screen lockups and allowing users to continue working during cost calculations.
Asynchronous Background Execution
Roll Cost now runs as a background job, freeing the screen immediately so users can continue other work without waiting for the process to complete.
Real-Time Progress Tracking
A live progress indicator displays the current status of the Roll Cost operation, giving users visibility into how far along the process is.
Job Status Monitoring
Users can review the outcome of completed Roll Cost jobs, including success confirmation or any errors encountered, directly from the application.
Enhancement: Form Customization
This release completes significant enhancements to the page-level customization framework, enabling greater flexibility in how screens and forms are extended and deployed.
Import Extensions
Administrators can now import form extensions from external files, making it easier to migrate customizations between environments.
New Form Import
New forms can be imported directly into the customization framework, expanding the ability to tailor the application to specific business workflows.
Customization / Form Designer Bug Fixes
Resolved multiple designer-mode issues including naming validation, drag-and-drop attribute handling, breadcrumb display, ShowAsPopup editability, lookup failures, screen name formatting, and export reliability.
Enhancement: NFR – .NET 8.0 Framework Modernisation
Made2Manage has been upgraded to the .NET 8.0 framework, bringing meaningful improvements to platform speed, reliability, and long-term supportability.
