Production Overview [PROV] - Jobs With Status of Started

Use the Production Overview report to generate a list of jobs your company has started to determine if you need to purchase additional items for those jobs.

To generate Jobs With Status of Started Report

  1. Open the Production Overview (PROV) page.

    • Select Executive Information System > Overviews > Production Overview.

      Or

    • Search for PROV or Production Overview in the Navigation box and then select Production Overview.

      The Production Overview (PROV) page appears.

  2. Click the Overviews-1 tab.

  3. Click Examine beside the Jobs With Status of Started field.

    The Jobs With Status of Started report appears in a new tab of the browser.

    • Click the Print icon on your browser to print the report.

      Or click the Save icon on your browser to save the report as a PDF document.

    • When you finish, close the tab.

  4. Click Explore beside the Jobs With Status of Started field to drill down into started jobs.

    A pop up appears.

  5. Select Sales Order.

    The Made2Manage Enterprise Explorer [EXPLOR] window appears.

    Use theExplorer to drill down into an items related documents.
