Select the Prospects or Customers to use in a Demand Forecast Unit (DFU) grouping for Prospects or Customers (R1-NA)

You can set specific distributors or customers to use in Demand Forecasting units (DFUs) that include distributors or customers.

To select the Prospects or Customers in a DFU grouping for Prospects or Customers

  1. Open the Accounts (CUST) page.

    • Select Sales Management > Master Data > Accounts.

    Or

    • Search for CUST in the Navigation box and then select Accounts.

    The Accounts (CUST) page appears.

  2. Click Browse on the Toolbar.

    The Browse For Accounts window appears.

  3. Select a record and click Select Or double-click the record to use.

  4. Make the necessary changes.

  5. In the General Information tab, check the Forecasted checkbox in the Additional Information section to use this customer or distributor in demand forecast units, else uncheck Forecasted checkbox to no longer include this customer or distributor in demand forecast units that include customers or distributors.

  6. On the Toolbar click Save to save, else click Cancel.
