Change an inter-facility supply order in the inter-facility supply order queue

You can change the inter-facility supply order (ISO) information in the inter-facility supply order queue provided it has not been marked as a Firm Order.

To change an inter-facility supply order in the inter-facility supply order queue

  1. Open the ISO Queue (ISOQ) page.

    • Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Planning > ISO Queue.

    Or

    • Search for ISOQ or ISO Queue in the Navigation box and then select ISO Queue.

      The ISO Queue (ISOQ) page appears.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Regenerate ISO Queueto refresh the information in the ISO Queue page.

  3. In the Action column of the grid in the Details section, double-click the action to open the Inter-Facility Supply Order (ISO) page.

  4. Make any of the following changes:

    1. From the Source Facility list, select the source facility.

    2. In the Quantity field, change the quantity to be made.

    3. From the Ship Via list, select the carrier.

    4. In the Memo field, enter an appropriate comment.

  5. On the Toolbar, click Save.
