Add or remove gridlines in a graph

You can add or remove gridlines in a graph to better show your graph’s detail.

To add or remove gridlines

  1. Generate the graph.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Open the Insert menu and select Gridlines.

  4. To add a gridline, select a field so it contains an X.

    Or to remove a gridline, clear a field.

  5. Click OK to keep your selections.
