Project Costing Reports

See the available Business Analytics (BA) reports to analyze project-level financial performance, compare estimated versus actual values, and identify cost or revenue variances across projects and phases.

Available Reports:

• Project Summary Report – Provides a consolidated view of each project’s Estimated Cost, Actual Cost, Estimated Revenue, and Actual Revenue. This report helps management quickly assess project profitability and overall financial health.

• Project Detail Report – Displays a detailed breakdown of transactions contributing to project costs and revenues. This includes linked documents such as Purchase Orders, Job Orders, Accounts Payable Invoices, and Accounts Receivable Invoices, summarized by project phase.
