Apply default layour to Margin Analyzer page

Control the default layout to be applied to the Margin Analyzer (MRGANLZ) page and to the Job Details - <job number> page using the Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page. Use the Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page to reset the column visibility in any data category window in the Job Analysis Filter window.

To apply default layout to Margin Analyzer page

  1. Open the Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page.

    1. Select Financial Management > Financial Transactions > Order Costing > Margin Analyzer Settings.

    Or

    1. Search for CSMRGANLZ or Margin Analyzer Settings in the Navigation box and then select Margin Analyzer Settings.

    The Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page appears.

  2. Click the Job Analysis Layout File Lookup Reference The Job Analysis Layouts window appears.

    » In the File Name column, select the required file name, and click

    OK.

    Or

    » In the File Name column, double-click the required file name.

  3. On the toolbar, click Save.

    Made2Manage applies the layout file as the default layout to the Margin Analyzer (MRGANLZ) page. There is no restriction on the number of layouts files that you can create for the Margin Analyzer (MRGANLZ) page. You can load these layout files individually from the Margin Analyzer (MRGANLZ) page, but only one layout file can be made as a default.

To remove the default layout, delete the file name in theJob Analysis Layout File field, and on the toolbar, click Save.

To apply default layout to the Job Details - <job number> page

  1. Open the Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page.

    1. Select Financial Management > Financial Transactions > Order Costing > Margin Analyzer Settings.

    Or

    1. Search for CSMRGANLZ or Margin Analyzer Settings in the Navigation box and then select Margin Analyzer Settings.

    The Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page appears.

  2. Click the Job Detail Layout File Lookup Reference. The Job Detail Layouts window appears.

    » In the File Name column, select the required file name, and click

    OK.

    Or

    » In the File Name column, double-click the required file name.

  3. On the toolbar, click Save.

    Made2Manage applies the layout file as the default layout to the Job Details -<job number> page. There is no restriction on the number of layouts files that you can create for the Job Details - <job number> page.   1. Open the Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ) page.

    1. Select Financial Management > Financial Transactions > Order Costing > Margin Analyzer Settings.

2.  Search for **CSMRGANLZ** or **Margin Analyzer Settings** in the **Navigation box** and then select **Margin Analyzer Settings**.

The **Margin Analyzer Settings (CSMRGANLZ)** page appears.

2. Select the Reset all job filter pop-up grid layouts checkbox.

  1. On the toolbar, click Save.

    A message, This process will clear off all the grid layout settings done on Filter screen, Do you want to continue? appears.

  2. Click Yes to reset the column visibility or layout.

    Or click No to retain the column visibility or layout.

Made2Manage resets the visibility of all the columns in all data category windows in the Job Analysis Filter window of the Margin Analyzer (MRGANLZ) page.
