Change the status of an EFT template

To associate an EFT template with any of your bank accounts, the template must be in an active status. ** Note: ** More than one ETF file template can be active at a time. The active EFT file templates are available for selection in the Checking Accounts tab of the Accounts Payable (CSAP) window. ** Important: ** You must have the Change Status permission for the EFT Template Designer (EFTTMPL) window to change its status. For more information about assigning permissions, see Assign default permission to the new windows/reports and Manage user permissions. To change the status of an EFT template

  1. To open the EFT Template Designer(EFTTMPL) window, press Alt+T, type EFTTMPL, and click OK.

  2. Select the EFT template whose status you want to change: a. On the Active Form ribbon, click Browse (![](../Resources/Images/Browse button.png)). b. In the Browse for EFT Template Designer window, select the required EFT template. c. Click OK.

  3. Set the status of the template

    • To make the template active, on the Active Form ribbon, click Status (![](../Resources/Images/Status button.gif)) > Active.
    • To make the template inactive, on the Active Form ribbon, click Status (![](../Resources/Images/Status button.gif)) > Inactive.
  4. Close the EFT Template Designer (EFTTMPL) window
