Fields

The fields section shows the detected values for the document, unless the document has been exported these fields can be changed at any time by simply overtyping & saving the document. Once as document has been exported these fields become locked to preserve the document in the state as it was sent to the ERP solution.

Even if a user manually edits the fields all validations will still be performed & will need to pass before a document can be exported.
