Template Editor
The template editor allows users to create & update document templates. Using a simple click and drag method to select areas of a document containing relevant information it is quick and easy to create a template, assign it to a vendor & begin automatically processing documents.
At a Glance
- Document Viewer: The Document Viewer shows you the uploaded document & provides a convenient way to tell Invoice Automation where the relevant document information is.
- Template Options: The Template Options section configures how Invoice Automation will use the template.
- Exclusions: Exclusions allow you to exclude specific, irrelevant pages from processed documents.
- Fields: Fields work together with the Document Viewer to build a map of where to find specific document information.
- Populating Fields: Populating fields is a simple as clicking and dragging over the relevant text.
- Anchors: Anchors allows Invoice Automation to find document information even if is not always in the same place.
- Multi-page Bounds: Different Page, different location. Multi-page Bounds lets you tell Invoice Automation a second location to find the document information.
