Link knowledge to case
There are multiple ways to link knowledge articles to a case.
- From the Case record > Options > New Article. This option creates a new article and links to the selected case automatically.
- From the Case record > Resolution tab > Knowledge article field. Click the (+) icon to select any existing knowledge articles and link it to the case.
- From the Knowledge Article record > Cases tab. Click the (+) icon to create a new case, and the selected article will be automatically linked to it.
