Knowledge articles

The knowledge articles section stores all article records, organized by categories, such as frequently asked questions, product manuals. Each article is assigned to a specific category, which can be configured in Setup > Codes > Customer Service > Article Categories.

Click each category to expand, and all articles within that category will be displayed. Select an article to open a quick preview in the drawer view, or click to view it in the main view for complete details.
