Set-User-Permissions-to-View-Work-in-CRM-Explorer
User permissions can be set within Made2Manage as to whether
a specific user can view Made2Manage or not.
Once this is done, documents can be filtered according
to the assigned sales rep.
To set the permission for a user to view and work in Made2Manage

On the Toolbar, click
Browse. -
The Browse For User Management window appears.

Select a row that contains the required user name, and click Select.

Or, double-click the row that contains the required user name.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions > Actions > Permission.

The User Permissions
(PERM) page appears. -
Assign the permissions for the required module:

In the grid, under the Group column, expand the required module.

Or, on the grid toolbar, click Expand All to expand all modules.

Under a permission’s column, select or clear the appropriate
check box to assign or revoke that permission.

Repeat the above steps
to set the permission level for other users.
