View ECO's broadcast distribution list

When you change the status of an Engineering Change Order (ECO), Made2Manage sends a message to the ECO’s broadcast distribution list. Using this list, you can notify customers, vendors, and Made2Manage users through the Notifier system and/or your company’s email system. You can view the broadcast distribution list for an ECO or ECO template.

To view ECO’s broadcast distribution list

1. Open the ECO Summary (ECOSUM) page.

   1. Select Production Management > Production Transactions > Quality > Engineering Change Management > ECO Summary.

   Or

   2. Search for ECOSUM or ECO Summary in the Navigation box and then select ECO Summary.

   The ECO Summary (ECOSUM) page appears.

2. Select the ECO:

   1. On the toolbar, click Browse.

      The Browse For ECO Summary window appears.

   2. Double-click the ECO whose broadcast distribution list you want to view or select the record and click Select.

3. On the toolbar, click Select Broadcast Recipients.

   The grid is refreshed to display the list of broadcast recipients.

4. On the toolbar. Click Save. The ECO’s broadcast distribution list is displayed for you to examine.

   Click Cancel to exit.
