View a sales order's detailed routing

A detailed routing shows the operations necessary to produce the part. You can view a sales order’s detailed routing using the Sales Order Detailed Routing screen.

To view a sales order’s detailed routing

  1. Open the Sales Orders (SO) page.

    1. Select Sales Management > Sales Transactions > Sales Orders.

      Or

    2. Search for SO or Sales Orders in the Navigation box and then select Sales Orders.

      The Sales Orders (SO) page appears.

  2. Click Browse.

    The Browse for Sales Orders screen appears.

  3. Highlight a row and click Select. Or, double-click the sales order.

    Click Cancel to exit from this screen.

  4. Click the Items tab.

  5. Highlight the item for which you want to view the routing.

  6. Click the ellipsis under the Action column.

  7. Select Grid Accessories > Grid Actions > Detailed Routing.

    The Sales Order Detailed Routing page appears.
