Sales overview

Use the Sales Overview to find potential problems in your company’s quotations and sales orders. You can see how many quotations and sales orders are possibly in trouble and print a list of them.

What trouble can I check for?

To generate sales overview report

  1. Open the Sales Overview (SAOV) page.

    1. Select Executive Information System > Overviews > Sales Overview.

    Or

    1. Search for SAOV or Sales Overview in the Navigation box and then select Sales Overview.

      The Sales Overview (SAOV) page appears displaying the sales data table. Each entry on data table contains an item, the real-time status of the item, an Examine button, and an Explore button.

  2. On the Toolbar, click Refresh. The data table is populated with current information.

  3. Click Examine against the desired entry. A report appears in a new tab of the browser, listing the items.

    • Click the Print icon on your browser to print the report.

    Or click the Save icon on your browser to save the report as a PDF document.

    • When you finish, close the browser’s tab.
  4. Click Explore against the desired entry to drill down into an item.

    The Made2Manage Enterprise Explorer [EXPLOR] window appears.
