View or delete Transaction Error details

  1. Set up the Advanced Configurator portal.

  2. Open the APC Interface Import (APCIIMP) page.

    a. Select Utilities > Company Setup > Module Setup > APC Interface Import.

    Or

    b. Search for APCIIMP or APC Interface Import in the Navigation box and then select APC Interface Import.
    The APC Interface Import (APCIIMP) page appears.

    This page checks for new data to import.

    On the Toolbar , observe the functionality of the following.

    FieldDescription
    Start ImportClick Start Import to begin import manually. During this process, it checks for new sales orders data to import.
    Download LogEnter the date and time to download the Transaction Log.
    • Click the icon at the end of the From Date and To Date fields. This displays the Calendar and time. Select a desired date and time.
    • Click Download Log to download the log.
    Delete LogEnter the date to delete the Transaction Log.
    • Click the icon at the end of the From Date and To Date fields. This displays the Calendar and time. Select the desired date and time.
    • Click Delete Log. This removes the error log permanently from the system
