Check an accounts payable invoice or debit memo
After an invoice or debit memo is added, you can verify if the items, quantity, and price are accurate. Use the Line Items tab of the Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo page to check each item.
Check debited and credited general ledger amounts in the Accounting Summary tab.
To check an accounts payable invoice or debit memo

Open the Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo (APINV) page.
- Select Financial Management > Financial Transactions > Accounts Payable > Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo.
Or
- Search for APINV in the Navigation box and then select Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo.
The Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo (APINV) page appears.

Select the invoice or debit memo.
- On the Toolbar, click Browse.
The Browse For Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo window appears.
- Highlight a row and click Select. Or double-click the invoice or debit memo to view.

On the Toolbar, click More Actions.

Select More Actions> Actions > Vendor History to display the vendor history page.

To view information about an item on the invoice:

On the Vendor Invoice & Debit Memo page, click the Line Items tab.

Click each item to view its detailed information on the bottom half of the page.

To view information about the amounts posted or to be posted to the general ledger:

Click the Accounting Summary tab.

If Refresh Summary button is not disabled, click to display the general ledger account information.
