CRM reports overview

Please be advised that Silverlight is required to run reports in Aptean CRM.

Aptean CRM offers several report templates that can be executed. These templates are associated with entities such as activity, company, contact, change request, case, and opportunity and is defined under Setup > Reports.

similar to dashboards, reports provide analytical views of application data. They are formatted for printing and offer a variety of criteria options to filter data before generating the report.

The available reports are listed in the report section and grouped by type. When a report is selected from the menu, a criteria page will open. Enter values to filter the data before clicking the Run button to generate the report.
