Calendar Dashboard

The Calendar Dashboard provides a quick and broader view of your activities and tasks. You have options to view the Calendar with 24 hours schedule. daily, weekly or monthly format.

Calendar activities can be synchronized with your Outlook calendar using the Aptean CRM Outlook Add-In. Refer Outlook Add-In, for more details.

Click the calendar activity to slide open the drawer details for the selected activity or task.

A check mark appears in the activity on the calendar when the Result field has been chosen

To add a new activity, click New Activity (the clock icon) or click the specific date and then time on the calendar. The activity can be added on the drawer screen along with additional details like Participants, Notes and more.
