Folder Selection

Within Outlook you can define default outlook folders to sync with under Home ribbon bar > Aptean CRM Add-in > Options.

• Settings

  Here defines the default outlook folders to sync with, For example. sync CRM activity to Outlook Calendar folder, sync CRM contact to Outlook Contact folder, and more.

  Use the Delete and New buttons to update the default folders if needed.

• Forget Default Folders

  Default folders can also be cleared by selecting Options > Forget Default Folders.
